Hi, It means it is running in software mode and not hardware accelerated. This is also a handy page that lists supported chipsets for Stage3D as well as a flash display that reports whether baseline and baseline constrained profiles are supported (if you have a recent flash player version with Stage3D installed): http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/stage3d-unsupported-chipsets-drivers-flash.html

Since you already checked enable hardware acceleration in Adobe Flash settings (before you log in), there can be a few reasons why you still can not see additional graphic settings. So it would be good that you also try this: special flash-tool from the official Adobe site.

Ok, when the last time you updated GPU drivers? Did you try Flash Player Standalone? Since your computer is quite weak (CPU, RAM, GPU, HDD), it would be a good thing to do. Hi, You should enable hardware acceleration in Adobe Flash Player settings. Enabling hardware acceleration in Adobe Flash Player settings may significantly raise FPS at some computers.and it gives you more graphic options in Settings.
