I think this camera speed update is a mediocre decision because on the up side it allows tankers to raise their percentile against surprise attacks coming from turrets like freeze or shaft but on the flip side it decreases the usage of freeze's power which is to slow your movement down. And in this case all you need to do is move your turret and shoot away plus with the addition of a faster camera speed, it will be easier for the enemy to kill you before you kill he/she. Overall I think the new camera speed creates a seizable impact on the the game but it's what turret you use that matters in the end that decides if you live or die.
