Rico is nothing like Railgun. Railgun does a large amount of burst damage in one shot, while Rico does a lot a damage per second with several. Ricochet was, in my opinion, THE best gun before the rebalence. After that, though, it was considered one of the worst guns in the game with poor damage and punishing reload times. It was gradually buffed over and over after this and is now one of the stronger guns in the game. Asking for Rico to be more powerful than Isida and Firebird is absurd. Both of these guns are already hurt enough by their pitiful range. Their mega-high DPS is all they have.

Yeah, and if I remember right Holy Hero Alex did that advice as well.

Of course, there are 50% paints for all of the turrets, so you can hardly single out Smoky. Zeus may be a more common paint, but you should be analyzing enemy paints when you select your turret anyways. If there's a lot of Zeus, use something Zeus doesn't protect against. Basically, Smoky, like all turrets, is fine to use when there isn't much protection against it.

His definition of win is different from what you're thinking. He's basically saying that you can acquire every piece of gear without paying a cent, which is true.

Wishing i didnt rank up so fast ......?......

I don't think garage items are the issue. The problem identified is that there are less people to play with in the higher ranks, meaning ranking up lowers battle oppurtuinities and variety. Shadow has given what I believe to be the best response: use RU servers. -
Don't do this. This is considered power-leveling and is against the rules. If you insist on using supplies, the wise thing to do is educate yourself on the various cooldowns of each supply. Combine that with supply drop usage and you should be quite effective.

http://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/the_smoky_project/ Proof that I have no other gun other than Smoky M1.

DinoStorm is still a fun game though! Cowboys with laser guns riding dinosaurs?! Whats not to like?

Just curious...what is the most commonly used turret among the warrant officer ranks?

Lots of railgun. You'll still see people using lots of M0s at this rank(a lot of M0 Shafts), but at WO3, people just seem to go all out on Railgun. Still a lot of Firebirds as well due to its cheap price and early pickup. I've felt like Smokys have increased in popularity since MUs, but they are still generally rare. -
People tend to forget that everything in this entire game (save for a few menial paints) is absolutely free. Buyers only have a time advantage. They can acquire items faster, which they should be able to do as they did pay real money in the game. A free player can even get supplies for free through missions. I will admit, though, that when someone else begins to blatantly use supplies, that it can be extremely frustrating. Yes, I do have the supplies to counter them, but I do not find myself willing to do so often, especially in smaller games where the fund is low. I will also state that I have no issues with supplies in general, as they make the game more dynamic and unpredictable. A lot of hate of buyers stems from people's thoughts on the idea of "fair", a notion so embedded in gaming culture that developers will spend massive amounts of time just to perfect it. Of course, nothing is fair unless everyone is the same. This is not the case. Someone may have a better spawn than you, or a better hull, or a better turret, or even a better strategy that can make a situation "unfair". I will say will clear mind that the unfairness of a game is what makes it fun and interesting. I would rather have to face an insurmountable challenge at some times than be on an even playing field at all times. This is more entertaining, in my opinion, and a massive, unbalanced loss just brings me back to "it really is just a game." All of the time and effort I've put into this game has ultimately been towards the idea of entertainment, which I believe it to have given.

I'm doing the same thing with Smoky/Wasp with this account. Just finished Impact Force and Hull Speed. It is an unsurprisingly viable combo in most maps. I wrote about it in Wordpress back in August. https://thesmokyproject.wordpress.com/2015/08/29/what-is-the-smoky-project/ I honestly think that F2P players can take advantage of MUs to make a single combo work past the ranks its modification is below-par. (IE Stock Dictator-Rico M2 would be awful at Marshall. MUs can make it competitive.)

I honestly have no issues with anything the premium accounts are offering... except for that paint. That thing is overpowered- it essentially gives Premium users 20% more health. So an M4 Mammoth would go from 450 HP to 540 HP. Then again, there are still paints that offer up to 50% protection against 3 turrets, giving M4 Mammoth 675 HP against those 3 specific turrets... I dunno. I might have to face a premium user first before making any solid judgements. The rest of it is fine: buyers can already buy there ways to have more crystals, you can already buy PRO battle passes, you can already buy experience boosters, and you can already (technically) buy your way into an XT (which are not really XTs at all but just reskins). XT Smoky is the only real XT

Reminds of a tank built in the 1930s. It looks like one of the more realistic tanks in-game.

This much is true. You could apply skill to self-sacrificial moves in order to stall enemies or just wise hull movement. Apparently there are skills involved with team sabotage as well.

You say that dislikes made the forum better, yet you provide no evidence to back up your claim. Your topic is therefore useless. Posting in the correct section would be more productive than this.
