I was banned a few times for around 5 minutes and once in an event for killing and you know what happened next second? This was when I was banned and after 5 minutes , I added Maksim later after ban because something was written I was banned for breaking rules with his name(never knew it is default and he is a CM). So for you , it might be 5 minutes but for me precious 300 seconds. :(

So real-life is just getting ill. That's it. Right? This is what you think. By "Real-Life" I mean the prioritizing things in our daily life. Yesterday , I got to know about a quick test in my college(kind of surprise though not official). My parents are strict in studies and so they didn't allow me to play. There are many examples in life that stop you from playing a virtual game. Now you were having a class at training time or you had other schedule but something happens , the class gets cancelled or whatever and now the person can play. Make sure you remember that normally no more than 6 players are required to handle.For wars , Zen has planned equipment strategies and even if someone is not present, he cleverly gives different instructions. I am quite sure it takes very less time to change equipment and it depends on the leader if he can quickly make out the combos. Not sure you have ever come to Zen's Tribute trainings of day one. Lot of players joined , no teams were formed and in around 8 minutes , both teams formed and with proper hulls and turrets in each team. It really depends on the leader and asking 5 players(excluding yourself) to change even during the few minutes isn't that hard. In real wars , we get invited to a separate battle 5 minutes prior and ask to change in our equipments Substitute really means that a player who plays for someone who were sure of coming and couldn't come to the training and your definition of substitute is wrong. And in case of wars , mostly subs don't play. As I said only the way of joining was bad. Please try forming teams inside the battle only and it will take time in trainings only and we will be much quicker in war. Moreover do not target speed first. Make people improve their individual skills first, then make them improve teamwork and finally the speed. You are just jumping. And now there are no tiers , it is leagues. The new ratings system is yet to come and we may plan according when it comes out.

I have reduced my posts a lot but it doesn't mean I am not looking in this topic ;) @PPS Sorry I couldn't come yesterday but the way of joining training was very bad. Fill the form to come and if not filled you cannot come. Even that substitute thing made me think that if I get online , I won't get an invite. The way you planned the equipments was nice but it can be even done in the same battle if you keep some time separate for it. I believe you know something more important than clan and tanki - Real Life and no one knows what may happen anytime. @Truth Please don't become such a Pro. Happy Birthday Par! Had a fun training on Cross XP/BP (attended by Spinister through my acc and me watching him) with Sag , Truth , Dedi , Limmy , Killie and Parass. I am letting spin play so that he can train himself in XP before getting it. Btw , Spin has put his Firebird M1 to 9/10 and he will fully mu it on 9th of may. He is also very close to Major so he is getting himself Fire M2!! Tourney Deatils: I was a bit busy so couldn't have a look at results. As Truth has taken a very long time , Tofu receives automatic promotion. Matches left to played : Happ vs Rishabhk and Tofu vs Dedicated and the winner to fight with Sre.
