U have been banned for banning somebody using foul language that wasn't acctually using foul language.

In reality noob gets used too much, because half the time people aren't noobs they just have a slow internet speed, so it looks like they can't play.

Honestly I get used to being called a noob, beacause 3/4's of the time on this account im just messing around. But the next game that same person that called me a noob usually doesn't do it anymore when I stop messing around.
