I still believe that the tankers expressing their disgust at this sale should take a step back. I've been playing many F2P games with the option to buy your way into better upgrades for awhile, and I have NEVER EVER ONCE seen a sale as huge as 40%. On top of that in the same year you got 5 times the earnings and have another sale probably coming up on Christmas probably close to 40%. I for one am extremely happy with this sale and believe most tankers should be. I am fully prepared to advance through all the ranks w/o a single sale. Just don't expect anything from Tanki and you will be happier when they do give you things.

I think you guys fail to realize that Tanki recently had a weekend of 5x battle funds. This sale (which I think is the one directly following the previous) is geared to make them money to make up for the lost income. Think of it. Why would people buy crystals if they get 5x the normal amount? Tanki needs to make up the money lost.

That's a key way for the game to make money. Come on, they do have to pay for server space, power, work hours, etc.

I think that most people miss the point of a balanced game. I, for one, have played most turrets and I agree with the game at it's current state. Nerf Hammer? You need to be able to kill a mid hull with a clip, else you won't be doing anything useful. Nerf heavy hulls? As a rail player I can 3-shot a Mammoth, or 2-shot on DD. That's quite enough for me considering that I can usually hide and wait. The only thing that needs to be rebalanced is Shaft-Mammoth, the camping gamestyle especially with a pet Isida makes it impossible to oneshot, and if you don't kill it right away, the Isida will just heal it up, and will respawn if it dies. I do admit, the Mammoth Shaft is crucial in breaking through sniper pins and can actively turn the game, but a camping Mammoth Shaft can shut down an entire section of the map for a team, and be a nuisance to all who want to just play the game.

This is because all Firebirds are M1 with probably a few Micro Upgrades. I for one am just tanking out the firebirds until I can get Hornet M1, which will last much longer. You can try Micro Upgrading your paints and protection on your Hulls, the Marine paint offers 10% protection at first but can be upgraded to 30% protection from Firebird.

I'm currently saving up for Hornet/Rail M1 so I can go back to two-shotting Hornets and surviving more than a few seconds. A sale on that combo in maybe a month so I can rankup to get to Warrant Officer 3 would be EXTREMELY helpful. Edit: I really want to try XP battles, but at my rank and modification it'll be a joke unless I get M1 Rail/Hornet

OK so I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but I can't self destruct. I've tried on multiple computers and all of the Macs don't blow up when I press DELETE. I'm pretty sure I've tried every other button. I currently am using a Macbook Air but I have tried on IMacs, but I don't have access to other Mac models. It works on my sister's PC in the same browser.

You forgot sitting around RIGHT IN FRONT of a fully charged Shaft trying to take out a key member of the other team. Sitting on a point is not that bad of an idea; I got plenty of kills as a Shaft on point E in Rio because people relentlessly came at me one at a time with enough time in between to recharge. I changed position and continually sniped the ppl flooding to E on top of the building without taking damage. I even asked the other team if they didn't see the lazer of death and kept waving it around in front of the enemy before finally firing. I also had a teammate shove me off a cliff when I was trying to take out the tank carrying our flag. I have a lot of built up rage at teammates destroying my one perfect shot that could have saved us all.
