I'm not 100% sure, but it has happened many times that I destroyed a Magnum tank before its shell hit me for 0 damage. What I think is that your shot will not inflict damage if you're destroyed before it lands. The 50% thing might be caused by small lags/delay causing you to take damage and be destroyed before the enemy actually takes the shot at point blank range, therefore causing no damage on the enemy. (Don't quote me on that, I'm not sure. I only observed this...)

A thought of why majority of players are unskilled

Rotation too slow? Don't they know they can turn their tank and rotate their turret to look and shoot around way faster? I mean, that's what I do. I thought everyone knew about that. -

Is not knowing how to rotate your turret can be counted as "unskilled"? Because as far as I can see, half the players of my rank don't seem to know this feature yet. I don't get it. -

I believe I already answered that first question though. I play both no-drug battle and regular battle equally. How would I do with drugs? Maybe far better, but I need no pay-2-win content. This is just a personal hate for drugs. How would I do with other turrets? I have tried all of them except Striker. Turns out the only one I really like is Smoky. Why, thank you :D -

I play as much regular battle as I play PRO battles. While I love battle without supplies enabled, I often find myself playing in a drugger's den. Polygon is not my go-to map, I'd rather play on Sandbox or Rio as long as there's not 4 Magnum tanks on enemy team. Yes, I deal with all missions except those which requires playing in DM mode. -

There's something I don't get. How comes I have a legit (not farmed or exploited) battle K/D of 2.23 with no supplies used whatsoever (I'm a Smoky/Viking, I go on the front lines!) while I see a lot of hardcore druggers with less than 0.60? This among other things, half of people at my ranks don't know how to rotate their turret yet! -
The first part, Krokmou, is the French name of the black dragon in the "How to train your Dragon" movie. I wanted my own dragon name so I stole "Krokmou" (because I love that name) and added "Vol Draka" to avoid copyrights. So yeah, a dragon name for the dragon I am.

Why not mine? I use only 1 combo (ignore Thunder, just wanted to try it) and no supplies used. http://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/Krokmou_Vol_Draka/

Definitely those goddamned Magnum tanks with their 3rd-person-view-angle-tweaking-to-see-if-you're-behind-a-cover-so-they-can-shoot-at-you.
-
Personally, I think the Magnum is alright. But the camera adjustment? This just enable any tanks to see behind covers to know if there's someone hiding. What are covers for?
-
In my opinion, Magnum (even better, all) tanks shouldn't be able to modify their 3rd person view angle... Being able to see enemies behind otherwise safe covers makes things far too easy for them. Yes, they should be able to attack behind covers, but only because they know someone is there, not because they see someone there. For instance, I'm behinds cover and stealthily moving behind walls. Yet I see the Magnum tank's turret turning towards me. How do they know I'm here? Simple, they tweak their view and know exactly where to shoot. Unless it was meant to be used like that with the 3rd person view and all, I find this a tad unfair in my opinion. What do you guys think?

Sooooo... Why are people so obsessed with changing their nickname, and why so often? This update doesn't 'suck' if you have a cool nickname, just don't change it. That's all. Players not wanting to pay to change their nick isn't gonna kill Tanki.
-
"Noob update", "Non buyers are gonna leave", "pay2win" and so on... Are y'all really complaining about this? I mean, yes, you need to pay for changing your nickname. Yes, it's pricey. Yes, it's for buyers... But what y'all don't seem to realize is that you don't need to change your nickname to play! "Noob update", no one is forcing you. "Non-buyers are gonna leave", so what? Non buyers don't bring money, Tanki will be fine. "Pay2win game", you don't need to change your nickname to win, you just have to set your mind on one good enough and deal with it. Besides, it's been a pay2win game ever since the supplies came by. Dunno why y'all bring this up. Can't y'all just stick to one nickname and be cool with it? What's all the fuss about that... -Sighs-

Problems with Client and playing on browser.
Krokmou_Vol_Draka replied to Krokmou_Vol_Draka in Problems with Client and playing on browser. Archive
The first one be that I downloaded the game client and tried to run it, but each time getting an infinite loading and an error message box saying "Cannot establish connection (host: 37.48.74.137, ports: 4444,5190,5223,5222,5050)". Nothing else. The second one is when I play on browser. I'm playing with what seems like 20~25 FPS while the FPS counter claims I'm running as fast as 59~60 FPS. The game was running at full speed for me before I stopped playing 2 weeks ago and now it's lagging a lot and I do not know the cause as I've already tried messing up with the game's settings. Any solutions/ideas would be appreciated.
