Yes the Anti-cheat system works fine, but as said in a previous live stream (July 2019) it definitely needs updating continuously, but there's no point doing it now in Flash. A new system with an improved architecture will be made and add to the game specifically for HTML5 version when it's fully released.

Battle mods moderate and Check all battles ( Pro or MM ), and MM battles are limited (only 7 minutes) and complaints are send to Battle mods in real time, so the quicker players report the violator in the battle the quicker a battle mod will come and check the battle and deal with the violations.

Unfortunately, the problem with blocking an IP Address from accessing the game is not easy as it sounds nor it's a good solution for hackers/violators, because a large number of players are playing the game using a shared IP or a dynamic IP (i am not sure what's it called), and if you blocked the IP you are not just blocking the hacker from the game but also the other players as well, which is completely unfair because they didn't do anything wrong to get blocked from accessing the game. and we battle moderators do our best to deal with hackers and all violators in general to stop them from spoiling the game and the fun on other players, and we have 3 different ways to report a violation (in the Forum, Vote option, Game reports Channel). also we are always accepting applications from players who want to help the game and help us to deal with violations.

I asked him about his Question first because it's not clear what he meant by his post. and as much as i understood from the second part of his post he is saying that players might use the Group system for MM battles to join with lower ranks and be the highest rank player in the battle and then remove that low rank from the battle. The vote option in battles should be used only for reporting battle violations such as ( Sabotage, Hack, etc ), using the vote option to report a chat violation or for anything other than a battle violation might result a ban for false complaints. and if a player is bothering you (insult, threaten, bad comments, etc) just click on his/her name and choose ignore option and you won't see any messages from that player again.

No!! we are humans not Bots, as for writing the same answer for you two times, we have certain steps we take when we check a battle, and if a reported player left the battle we write the warning about false complaints just to let the players know that using the vote option is to report Game violations only. using it for anything else might result in a ban for false complaint. only battle mods see the reports from battles, players or the voted players don't see it.

the vote option is in the game so that you can report violations in battles only such as (sabotage - hack etc) and as long as players using it for reporting a battle violation they won't get any ban.

If you carefully read the Game rules, then you should know that in Parkour mode it is not forbidden to shoot at each other or kill other players. if this bothers you and you couldn't parkour then you can just create a private battle, invite friends there and no one will disturb you. so no block for killing in normal parkour battles. as for official events, you should ask in the Event section or one of the Event helpers team.

there are tens of thousands of battles and reports every day for battle mods too check and only 26 Battle mod working on them so the chance of you seeing one in a battle is very little, but we are always doing our best to punish all violators and trying to check all battles, but still battle mods are not robots we are actual humans and have families, school, work and problems in real life so we can't work 24/7.

Yes, Battle mods do exist! and work in battles every day. as for not seeing one, we join battles and check for violations if there is a violation, we will deal with it and players will know that there is a battle mod watching but if there isn't then we leave the battle and in that case, no one will know that there was a battle mod watching the battle (you or any other player in that battle)!
