He doesnt give credit to OP so yes it is stealing. All he does is take a picture and put random tanks everywhere. He doesnt even bother to rotate them or anything and half the time the tracks are cut in half like its stuck in the ground. You can literally do that in 2 minutes with photoshop.

He takes pictures made by other people that arent related to tanki and then puts tanki things in them like gold boxes.

If by amazingly you mean steal other peoples pictures then yes.

Theres sadly not much you can do about vulcans. They usually use heavy hulls so if you bring out shaft and use a dp they should go down in one hit.
