I got the All Supplies box, it was really fun and I got like 10 kills from it. One of my poor teammates caught a bomb box, and got a single kill from it. :(

I was wondering when and where it it a good idea to use a light hull with Shaft. Since we tend to hang back and snipe, the extra mobility is less needed, so is there ever a reason?

I must say, this has been a great few days in Tanki (and IRL). I just bought the Stinger kit with the cry I got from a pair of holiday gold boxes and 3 hours of premium from a mission. The sale saved me tens of thousands of crystals. Thanks! Edit: I almost forgot, when I bought the kit I recieved a gift of 30-80 of each supply! Thankyousooomuch devs! Assult mode isn't the greatest, it seems to favor blue and it would be better if there were 3 flags that gave 5 score or something. A nice change though. It's not all great. The presents seem like a pointless waste of crystals. Next time, at least have them grant a special look to a tank or something. But overall, I am content.

I am surprised by the amount of rage, disappointment, and negativity. Tanki has given us a holiday-exclusive map with an NEW GAME MODE (hype), massive discounts on EVERYTHING, and much more, and many respond with anger. Why? Can the devs do no good in your eyes? I am thrilled, this will save me tens of thousands of crystals.

I must say, after the announcement I was whining about special treatment for premiums and other petty things and now I'm just thankful for a unique map, a discount, a gold box, and 7700 crystals from a special mission. Got myself the Hunter M1. Not bat at all. :D

So... I probably won't get the special mission, and if I do I probably won't have the time to get 3000XP on Halloween. :unsure: I lack the time to have a shot at the top 100 gold box hunters. I'll be lucky to make it away with even one. :wacko: I'm not some filthy premium, so I don't get the chance to buy a special paint. :angry: I don't have enough crystals right now to buy anything decent, even with the massive 13% discount. :( ... What exactly am I getting out of the celebration?

At least the filthy premiums will be easier to recognize with their o-so-special paint. There will be no hiding from me now!

You know what I really hate about this update? They taunt you. When I finish a battle, it shows me the bonus gold I could have gotten if I was a premium. They dangle it in front of you, saying, "THIS is the pile of bonus gold you would get from every single battle if only you weren't flat broke/your mother would let you spend money on games." What kind of sadistic monster does that to little kids?! Huh?!

I was just playing some Brest CTF. There was one premium on each team. They were, far and away, the highest-scoring players. One had the most kills and the best ratio. The other had the most captures and the 2nd highest number of kills. This second one, on the enemy team, was using the golden paint and was constantly on at least one drug. It kind of hurts the game when I'm so badly outmatched. I had no chance against him in a head-to-head, and even when I flanked him he would take a repair kit before whipping around and killing me. And he was a WO1. Three ranks down from me. Ouch.

I love the Wasp, I have used it with Fire and Hammer more than any other hull, but Ricos and Twins are the bane of my existence. Unlike Rail or Shaft, they don't have a reload to exploit, unlike Thunder I can't close in and force an SD, and when they shoot me I am often violently thrown off course. :(

Just got the M1, and I'm having a hard time making it work better than the M1 Firebird. Any tips?
