Well, you can't really say, though there would be updates on these platforms from time to time but for a totally new look, I doubt it since that Isn't the main priority at the moment, as far as ratings and Achievements go, we'll Just have to see. 

It does not depend on which week(s) you play on but rather monthly based. You simply require to play at least 3 battles/Month to be able to chat, so for example, if you play 3 battles say on the 2nd of January, you'll still be able to chat even after being Inactive during the coming weeks. (3 battles/Month).

The website in general is up and working fine, as for whether the servers are closed or open, that's entirely up to the developers, opening when they feel like public testing.

It's a known bug where you cannot control your tank when you join in some battles and at the moment the only possible solution is to leave and join another battle. Developers are aware of this and hopefully It will be fixed.  

Warning points are related to the Forum and they are something like pre-ban. They are for the smaller violations, stored forever as a reminder of your actions against the Rules. More warning points for the same violation will lead to a ban.
And yes, you can play the game even if you have warning points.

You cannot login, you can only create an account which will get linked to your steam account, furthermore, you cannot logout of your tanki steam account in case you wish to switch accounts,basically, its just 1 account per steam account, you cannot login with your steam account on the browser or client version of the game as it has no option to change passwords in-game and is only dependent on your steam ID, only way would be to contact tech support and request for a password but regardless, Steam runs the flash version which will be discontinued on the first of December, Switch over to the HTML5 version (Web/Client). I'll see what developers have to say regarding the steam version of the game.

Which version of the game are you playing on? I assume you have played 3 "match making" battles and not pro battles, If you are sure you have completely played 3 full MM games and you still cannot chat in the lobby, firstly try re-starting the game client/browser, secondly send over a screenshot of what's displayed when you try chatting in the lobby. 

Regardless, servers shouldn't be down right now since It's clearly up and working fine, Seems to be an issue from the server side since you did try all the solutions including re-installing the game.If this continues, Please contact Tanki Tech support and provide the necessary details.

Hey, the HTML5 is still under development and has a few missing features from the current flash version which will be added to the HTML5 soon, unfortunately we don't have a date or whether it will be before flash discontinues or after. You'll need to wait for an official announcement in that case. Regardless, gifts will be added sooner or later into the HTML5. 

Tanki servers are working perfectly fine, server maintenance besides the regular one is notified prior to the maintenance on the tanki discord server.

try switching your browser/client  Clearing cache ( Browser/Client) Refer to this.

Hello, here are few thing i can recommend: 
You could try clearing your client cache If you're using Flash Standalone and that still doesn't solve your issue, trying clearing your shared objects. If your playing on the browser, try clearing the browser's cache Switching browser might help if nothing works, the only thing left to do would be playing on another device. If you still face such issues, please post it in the Bugs and Glitches Reports or in the HTML5 Bugs Report.

Developers are constantly working on the anti-cheat system to prevent the use of Hacks, it's not always assured that the game can't be hacked by 3rd party softwares but the devs are doing what they can.
You can report hackers with sufficient proof Over here.
