So I have been seeing a lot of people "drugging." People tend to complain about this so I started to think about it... I think that the players should only be aloud to use 5 or 7 of each drug per battle. They can buy as many as they want, and take as many as they want into battle. But can only use a certain amount. Then in the next battle the certain amount starts all over again. (Also keeping the time for regenerating the drug to use it again)
