I have Isida M3! And can people m rank have a war soon?

I got Isida M3 which has OP self healing powers, Railgun M3, and I Micro Upgraded my Viking M3 25 times so it is now an M3.5! I might make it an M4 someday

I am getting M3 Isida, M3 Railgun, and M3 freeze! Btw, should I get M3 freeze or M3 Wasp?
