WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY CRYSTALS YET??!!

So when do we get the crystals?

Guys should i get rail m2 first or hornet m2 first, because if i get hornet m2 first i will lose a lot of crystlas and it will take a long time for me to save up for m2 rail. But, if i get rail first i feel like my m1 hornet would be overpowered by stronger m2 tanks. What do u guys think???
