Take a look at pages 28 and 29 there is stuff on there that may help you. If you are using miniclip you need to access tanki direct. Come out of miniclip and go to www.tankionline.com and do your conformation email link. When you are all done save your garage to your favourites you will then be able to access direct all the time.

You may have your email in settings but it may not be linked and confirmed. Take a look at page 29 there are bits on there about the difference between an email address in setting and an email address linked and confirmed. I hope this helps.

you my need to go to tanki support if it still is not letting you register. when you say email is linked when you go into setting can you see your email address or does it say change password and email. if you can see it its not linked. see posting #567. other than that you will have to email support team and explain the problem in depth and don't forget to use your in name game or they wont know who you are.

Hi A lot of tankers are having the same problem as you. When you go into setting, and you can see your email address (w*****r@*****.com) or something like this, it is not registered to your account. The problem people are having is getting a link sent to their email to confirm. If you go to the top of page 28 you will see what I had to do to link and confirm my email address to my account. My old email was with hotmail and i change it to gmail then back to my old hotmail one again. It should work as long as you follow all the links on both email account.

If you need to register an email address to your account. Hi If you are like me and could not reserve your nickname because you kept getting, YOU NEED TO REGISTER AN EMAIL ADDRESS and you already have done as far as you know. Here's what to do! 1 if you have another email address (make sure its yours or you could loss you account forever) enter that email address in the space were your old one was in setting you will be sent a conformation email and all you need to do is click the link to confirm it. you can then go and register your nickname and get your code for Tanki X. 2 If you still wont to use your old email address you will have to do part 1. Next go back into settings and click on change email and password. You will be sent an email to your new address saying you are changing your email or password. Enter the link and fill in all the spaces with passwords and the email address you want to use this will change it back to your old email address. You must do all the links in both emails to set and change them. Your email address should now be linked to your account. Happy Day see you in Tanki X. REMEMBER NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD.
