You don't know the diference between saying things directly, which means thay aren't "rude" or "disrispectful" and all the story behind me, coming to this thread to surface a point that is obvious and important. Well, it's not a narrowed view, not mine. It's the whole truth and as I can see cedric doesn't mind answering...so what's the point. This is managing things in an arbitrary manner. And moderators protect their friends or people who worship them. Take it or leave it. If this is not addressed promptly a lot of players will not regain faith and trust in them.

You are not in the same page. Chat moderators are acting in an arbitrary way. They do not care to look to the whole situation, they just ban arbitrarly and they protect their friends. Not sure where you are looking at. These comments or my comments are made because that needs to be addressed. Not all of us are kids who think that worshipping them is good enough. Most of the questions moderators get are of the same stuff they answer over and over. They never answer most important questions. So that has to be addressed too. Moderate means to regulate things. That's why I am bringing this point to Cedric's attention. since I had get in touch via PM with Adminsitrator and all I get is the same answer I just got from Ostrica "No, everything is well. Nothing has to be changed" that is far away from being satisfactory and that will not fix issues with the moderators job.

Ostrica, that's what you think and defend. The truth is totally different as what you want to believe or say. The chat moderators job needs to get picked with a grain of salt. They are taking sides and they aren't doing their jobs without being arbitrary. That taints their job and they really need to apply a more mature and objective criteria when banning. All of the chat moderators PROTECT their friends (players) I had seen that multiple times. Another thing, they just cannot get into a battle to ban a player, without being 100% certain about the situation. MANY..but MANY provokers and offendes get away by starting fights over. SO if they are going to enter into battles to ban, they really need to have all those things into consideration and ban all the ones involved. I am NOT lying. So please put more attention on what they are doing and stop this arbitrary circus.

The client is not working. It's not loading. Everytime you make updates, changes, etc. There's always lags, glitches, failures. Stop treating the game as a BETA one. This has been forever, make you guys look like amateurs. And another thing...BEFORE you make changes, do the polls before you go ahead and do them. many of the updates or addditions are just not liked. Chat Moderators and Admins. The job of the chat moderators is just as suspcious as it can get. They have friends, their friends are kids who whorship them, they can be flooding, insulting, provoking in public chat while moderators are presnet, those ones NEVER get not even a warning, those players get protected. When we get in touch with Ostrica, we receive any type of answers, but none of them are related to what we expect them to be understood. Always going for the side-ways.
