I am glad that the servers have all been merged (though it would be good to have a server where you can chat in English again). To make the battle page simpler: as well as the buttons for DM, TDM, CTF and CP, could we also have buttons to exclude Parkour and XP/BP games from the listing? Then it would be easier to find the battles we are looking for.

I don't like supplies because you can buy your way to victory. If money just accelerated progression, I'd be happy. But I'm glad buyers like you are losing out. Sorry not sorry.

Quite. A year ago I was flipping tanks on the roof on Rio when firing from the cliffs... now, even though I have a mammoth, anything that hits me knocks my vulcan off its aim. I even have to rotate my mammoth rather than rotate my vulcan to recapture target. (I also got pushed around by a titan, but that's a separate whinge). And I can't get the vertical angle on Noise any more... they nerfed Vulcan pretty comprehensively. I don't seem to be suffering when firing at long range like I feared, but maybe I've just got impatient with the big maps. The alterations are pretty meh. They need to walk back, in order: (a) the gyro nerf (b) the damage nerf © the impact nerf. I can see why light hulls could get infuriated when facing a vulcan.

As a Vulcan player, the RK invulnerability is really bad. If an opponent uses RK, I can't stop shooting because it will take me too long to power up again. And if I keep shooting, I overheat without having done any damage. It's a real pain.

I have fewer crystals available for equipment than I did before this upgrade. If I wanted to have the same crystals available, I would have to spend real money to supplement them. But this argument has been well rehearsed already. I don't want every variable under my control. I want to be able to reliably find Rio/Noise CTF games where I can use my Mammy/Vulcan. As that combo isn't going to capture a lot of flags, I rate myself on my K/D ratio. And I want there to be a means to play my chosen map/equipment without using drugs. If I have to use crystals to do it, that's up to tanki. If it becomes too hard to play the battle I want with enough players, I won't be playing much. I don't 'game' the system by setting up 1v1 battles to complete missions - my vice is selecting battles where I'm one of the highest ranked so my K/D ratio isn't trashed. That reduces my choice of games further.

I think the prevalence of PRO battles and difficulty of finding fan-favourite Rio/Noise CTF is now clear. The advantage of PRO battles before was the ability to play without druggets: either you paid for a PRO pass or you paid for supplies. Now you have to pay to use the map you want... and people are allowing supplies on it! (And it doesn't necessarily eradicate mults). And my accounts are specialist hull/turret combos. What PRO battles can I play with Mammy/Vulcan? If tanki has to earn a living, let it allow real cash to speed promotion through the ranks. Personally, I think MUs are fine - they were an interesting feature when we joined tanki and you could upgrade individual characteristics, which was an interesting tactical feature. So that's where I've always invested. And as for protection, at least you can see who's got it because it's next to their name and you know straight away that you're playing serious buyers. But you don't know if you're playing a bunch of druggers until you're committed. I want to create battles without a PRO pass. If they have to make money by demanding I buy a PRO pass to refine what's allowed in PRO, then I guess I can swallow it. But killing the non-PRO experience is a real shame.

I'm really surprised that Tanki was caught out by a Flash update like this. I'm even more surprised that they haven't prioritised it and that we're still waiting for a fix. Safari is the default Mac browser - get it together guys

Same problem on my iMac after Safari made me install Adobe Flash 23. The gamefield loads, then as soon as my tank appears, I have plugin failure. Surely they can't expect all Mac users to install new browsers just to play a browser game?

We use a mammoth/vulcan, so we are unlikely to get any golds but drop zones are normally in good range. What are we supposed to do, go and get a cup of tea when there are kills to be made? If on CP, we can pick up some points, it's true. We're not fast enough to get golds, so we may as well mix it up for everyone else. It's quite fun to hose a drop zone with vulcan rain!
