Solution; I contacted help@tankionline.com and they asked me to send a screen shot of what happend but when I logged on to get the screen I was in and it did not have a error screen. So it turned out to be a banning if you make a image to large than tankiforum.com allows you will be banned for several minutes.

Problem; Error code [#10666], I was on my clan page and was uploading a funny picture, when I posted it looked to small? So I went into BB code and did [media='100,100'=(my link)[/media ], then all the sudden instead of the topic saying "Reply to this topic" It said "You connotations reply to this topic" What the heck did that mean? Well I thought it was a glitch so I logged out closed my browser and reopend. When I got into the forum login screen I typed my account name and password but, when I pressed Enter a screen came up It said "Error code [#10666] Sucure conection not found please try again later.
