Problems: We can't reload when needed. It always starts up in Russian and I have to change it to English even though it doesn't take more than a few seconds. We can't access the Materials, Tournaments, Forum, Wiki, and Ratings through the client; it uses my browser. Can't use the maximize button, so every time I have to manually enlarge it to take up the full window (I don't want it in full screen either). It doesn't show us when the servers are offline. The performance is better, it loads faster.

Hello ! Unfortunately, your proof is not sufficient to take action. You need to collect evidence. The best proof is a video which clearly shows the violation. Battle between multiple accounts of one player can be punished ONLY by moderators, in the real time. Reports/videos about PL sent by players won't be taken into account, and they won't be processed.
