Save the Spec ​Hello, I am Deadwords, leader of Complete Control, and our clan has created a new game that I feel should be shared with the Tanki Online community. It is a lot like Save the Gold, but with a refreshing twist that I think tankers will find both fun and useful for honing skills. ​Rules: ​Save the Spec consists of two teams, offense and defense. Offense contains x​ amount of attackers, while defense contains x ​amount of defenders in addition to the spec. (For example, a proper 2v2 Save the Spec actually consists of 5 players, 2 attackers, 2 defenders, and the spec) I recommend that the value of x be 2-4. The goal of the attackers is to kill the spec or otherwise cause them to be destroyed. Each time the spec receives a "Loss" in their D/L two points are scored. ​The goal of the defenders is to protect the spec and destroy the attackers as much as possible. Each time an attacker is destroyed one point is scored. The goal of the spec (derived from the word "spectator") is to avoid getting losses on their D/L at all costs. The spec must wear orange paint for visibility purposes and is not allowed to fire. Save the Spec must be played in Capture the Flag mode, set to 1 flag. Whichever team reaches a predetermined amount of points first (50 is recommended, but depends on how long the game is wished to last, as well as the map) will capture the flag and take most of the fund. Until then, the flags will not be touched. Drugs ruin STS. No supplies. Any violation of the above rules will result in a 5 point deduction from the violating team's total points. XP/BP format or mandatory Railgun/Hornet requirements are encouraged, but completely optional. I hope you have as much fun playing this game as we at CC do. Deadwords out.
