So has the ability to purchase product kits for crystals been removed with the update?

I would like to have items in my garage organized by number of hours used, with the most hours in front and the fewest items in back.

My thinking is that for weekly containers it states that the higher your rank the better the reward, so if you are going to rank soon it's better to open them at the higher rank. I'm wondering if they made the previous containers with the same thinking as you can get better rewards (such as equipment) only at higher ranks.

Are the contents of the containers predetermined when they are received or are they determined when they are opened?

How about as a reward: a micro upgade discount of 50% valid for 24 hours?
