Tanki Online was born on June 4th, 2009 and the brazilian community was created on April 10th. Simple. A lot of brazilian players knew this game before the BR community was created. When the BR community was launched, they didn't want to leave their progress and begin from the scratch again. It looks like you don't know that you can't play on US servers from your EU account. That's why they stayed here. So, you can't make a "revenge" as Musa said above lol

That's an exploitation of a bug commonly known as "Change Textures". That's a violation as the Game Rules say. If someday you see this violation in battles made by (an)other player(s), feel free to report that by creating a topic in the Game Violations Reports section.

I don't know what do you exactly mean with "there is no EN server" but I would like to remember you that all the servers from all the communities (EN, RU, PL, DE) were merged and now there are only EU servers. What I said can be found in the Patch Update #460.
