When you Overdrive with enemies in the radius, it should do a fixed damage to enemies too, like a small AOE burst, or potentially give them the burn effect since it's called "Overdrive". Maybe reset the cooldown on their drugs or even get rid of the drug effects they have on when Overdrive-ing with enemies in the radius :)

I've been waiting for such a turret for quite some time! Sounds really fun to play around with. Just one question, though, how high could it shoot? For example, could it reach the highest point in Madness from the bottom?
