What should I get for XP/BP WASP OR RAIL???TOUCHE KIT OR LEGEND KIT???

I am going to get the Paladin kit at Lieutenant General and then going to save for XP/BP equipment..I usually play with wasp with rail..should i get Touche kit i.e Rail m3 Wasp m3 prodigi or Legend kit i.e Rail m3 Wasp m3 prodigi and why????

This is rubbish!!! It has made the game so confusing and not exciting and the fun is gone with additional lag outta nowhere which I never experience. I am baffled out!!!
