Gifts Are Worth It Gifts are a recent addition to Tanki Online. To many, they seem pointless. They cost money, and they don’t improve your garage, D/L, rating, or achievement status, so why buy them? Actually, gifts are the only way to leave a lasting impact on other people in the game. So, send as many as possible. Gifts don’t cost money. They cost crystals, which have no value outside Tanki Online. Frankly, turrets, hulls, protection modules, paints, and supplies have no value either. So, stop focusing on the cost of gifts, and start focusing on their impact on other people. Gifts are perfect for sending meaningful messages that impact other young people’s lives. Sooner or later, Tanki Online won’t matter so much, so make the most of it now. Gifts have enormous value to the receiver. They give importance to the message. Tankers notice them and reflect on them, unlike chat. It’s incredible how much one online gift can change some kid’s life. The giver might even gain a few friends! Spreading gifts is imperative to maximize their impact. Send to as many people as possible: to friends, but also to complete strangers and, yes, noobs too. Send them to people that have been bullied in the game. They might have been called things like noob, useless, stupid, ******ed, and the whole shabang. Take time writing the message, but don’t stress too much over what to write. Make complements, impart some words of wisdom, and encourage them. Tell them to send their own gifts to other people. The limit is 350 characters, so there’s nothing to it, really. Remember, it’s the thought that counts, not so much the words. Altogether, gifts can make a difference in other people’s lives. You might end up changing their lives forever. Therefore, do it gladly, and don’t think about the crystals. They’re not that important after all. See ya, lukefin_lm TY_Hope_TY

To: the TO Developers Sorry to say, but I think this update is a mistake, not only for the reasons already mentioned but also because of the STANDARDIZATION of PAINTS. My main point is this: Before the update, it required much more knowledge of the game to know whether an opponent has protection against your turret. You would have to STUDY the paints in the garage! However, now the information is simply provided for you, making the game much more boring. Before, those who paid attention to the details of the game could distinguish themselves on the battlefield. Also, the protection %'s are so standardized now that there is no room for creativity, like choosing to get 48% protection against Railgun. Every tanker must now get 10, 15, 25, or 35% protections. where is the fun in that? Finally, this update was the most UNFAIR update that Tanki has ever made! Players who had bought paints like Prodigi now have it's legendary protection forever, while those who were unfortunate enough to not be able to buy Prodigi before the update can never access it's legendary 4 protections! Bottom line is: I think that previous protections, like that of Prodigi, should still be available now. P.S. - - The prices are terrible now! - - paints that offer no protection now cost up to 500, 000 - - that's INSANE!!!!!!!
