It is a extra good feature to the game as you said it but also the old method is still working by simply typing /vote Hate.

Ever head of the ''Game report'' channel? Russians report all mults, sabotages, cheaters and anything else related to battles in there, English players report in that channel too and so on, every community reports it there and BMs deal with them right when they get reported, either vote or feel free to report in there. A friend of yours can do it if you can't or even pausing and using your alt account if you are not satisfied with the voting system.
