Oh ok, I've answered all the questions as best I can and the Ip address should definitely match. They said to register a new email and sent it to them, does that mean I should get it back?

I have contacted them but I did before I read about how to, should I do it again correctly? I'm not sure how to prove I am the real owner because it wasn't linked to an email

If I have forgotten the password to my account and it wasn't registered to an email, is there any way to reset to get back in to my account?
