  3. With Hunter's new overdrive, I think i discovered an awesome gold-catching combo On your team, u have your dictator pump u up with supplies, you use magnum and @ the drop zone, you emp your enemies than lob a projectile. supa win!
  4. Now, i kind of like the current system, but i feel that we need something new, and modern Start with the health bar and reload bar HP: as you all know, the hp bar is just a well, bar. I believe the bar should be removed, and the hp bar moved as a "Window" moved to the right-hand side of the screen. There, it'd be displayed as a number. That way, you can hopefully know how much damage you are sustaining, and how much hp you have left. This should apply to teammates, allowing isidas to operate efficiently in combat. Reload: Kinda the same concept as the hp bar, displayed as a number of seconds, but can be kept in the middle like it currently is When taking in enemy fire, there should be a temporary arrow or indicator pointing at where you were attacked from. Auto-aim mechanism The auto-aim mechanism should be used to its fullest potential in combat. I propose a clear "cone" whose size is equal to the amount of auto-aim the turret has. Enemies within the cone would be highlighted in a silhouette. Status messages Maybe you could have your tank's speed displayed, and than there'd be a damage report window somewhere, which could tell you about the damage. Example: Attacked by firebird, burn effect in place. System displays message: Hull temperature increasing, xx damage sustained for xx time. When attacked by smoky we could say" Smoky standard shell impact confirmed: Suffered xxx damage" when being healed the system could chime and say "System repair in progress, allied isida has restored xxx hp" please leave your thoughts in the comments below :)
  5. ok maybe it is at medium to close range. but for those who are providing support fire from the base, it can be fairly tough nailing your opponent. especially when high angles are involved, and obstacles in the way. The amount of power needed to fire can be tough to calculate. but in the open, yeah it's easy to use

The plasma cores start to overheat as the weapon fires at well-above normal rates. As a result, the overall damage is increased and the projectile speed is increased. However in close-quarter-combat the weapon can inflict severe damage to the user. This can render the tank to the ultimate weapon for a kamikaze mission into the enemy's base. Splash damage + 200% Overall damage + 100% Projectile speed + 150% -effect: the alteration triggers when the spacebar is held down for at least 15 seconds. The weapon begins to increase weapon power. However, severe damage begins to inflict upon the user. Can result in the destruction of the tank ^^maybe the worst alt in the world. couldn't think of anything else @maf What is your honest opinion of the universal soldier alteration i posted?

    I have a hunch. Synesthesia is related to the brain. The only thing i could think of that is related to a "Brain" in tanki is the neuron paint, so maybe that has something to do with it? The word that we seem to have a lead on is "universe" maybe the space paint has to do with this? Yes, No, maybe?????? Edit: Nvm, the space paint and the neuron paint have nothing to do with this
  8. Not an auto-hit, but increasing the probability of the user hitting his/her opponent. This way, some people can use to magnum, dummy! And, splash damage is removed in exchange for better aiming. p.s. magnum is not that easy to use, especially when camping from afar

    You know how the help site sometimes shows you weird stuff (like during the game, some codes were in secret rooms, leading to help site), could it be possible that the help site could yield any results? Perhaps search up whatever evidence you have gathered from the synesthesia riddle.

    Hi there. Just a question (or 2). According to the developers, hunter's new overdrive is an EMP that disables all nearby supplies, correct? 1. Is the disabling effect applied to the enemies only, or is it spread to teammates? 2. Will the effect also disable any overdrives and activate their cooldowns?
  13. Idea for smoky Modification unlock level: maybe M3 "Universal Soldier" Can switch out the critical damage round (HEAT), with a perk of the player's choice: Smoke Screen. Deploys a huge cloud of smoke to reduce the enemy's vision, also dealing reduced damage. Smoke will cling onto any enemies nearby. Effect lasts for 20 seconds, however visibility will restore itself overtime (partially). Good for suppressing fire, and covering your teammates. NOTE: The timer applies to the amount of time the smoke clings to the enemy. Self-destructing will NOT remove the smoke effect Advanced Tracer. Shell deals reduced damage, but deploys a tracer that can display the enemies hp to teammates. (Good compliment to hornet's eventual overdrive. Actually, it should not be able to equip if your hull is hornet. {the perk of course}). Good for tracking the flag carrier, and helping your teammates efficiently take down the enemy. Tracer will wear off in 1 minute. Self-destructing will not remove the tracer. Saboteur Ammo. Shell disables enemy's ability to rotate turret, and fire. Damage significantly reduced. Lasts for 5-10 seconds. Useful for covering the flag carrier and crippling enemy defenders. Negative perks: All of the above will have shot damage significantly reduced to roughly 25% of shot damage. Chance of activating these perks is reduced significantly. Positive effects are mentioned above. All effects can still function even if the user is destroyed. P.S. a little something for railgun. "Shell Destabilization" Charge can be held as long as your spacebar is pressed. Damage will increase beyond normal parameters but will begin damaging the user for 10% of each damage increase every 2 seconds. When released, shot will deal massive damage but the weapon will have to recharge for the amount of time used for the charge up. + effect: Damage can increase exponentially. - effect: Reload time is tuned to the amount of extra time used up to increase damage. Cannot use supplies while charging, all supplies and bonus boxes nearby will go into cooldown. (Bonus boxes will drop box again on the system's schedule, doesn't affect golds) Turret rotation speed reduced by 50% while charging. Isida cannot heal the user while weapon is charging.
  14. You know alterations, right? Every turret has at least two of them (lucky railgun got 3), but newer striker and magnum have nothing. But I have a solution. I have a few alterations for magnum and striker. Magnum Alteration 1: "Trajectory calculation system" Description: The turret upgrades to have a computer targeting system implemented into the turret itself. The system then predicts where the projectile will impact. However, HE round must be removed to prevent damage to the computer. Adds a targeting interface that draws out magnum's trajectory, predicting where the shot will land. Negative effect: Splash damage removed. Since you have the system predicting where your shot will land, you have to be very precise with the shot, having splash damage still exist will make Magnum OP and a camper's best friend. Alteration 2: "Cluster Grenade" Description: Standard ammo is replaced with cluster grenades that pepper the battlefield on impact. However, due to the amount of power required to launch this heavy ammo, reload time is increased to minimize stress on the turrets structural integrity. Range of splash damage +150% Reload time +150% Striker Alteration 1: "Precision targeting missiles" Description: Switches out the standard missiles to improved missiles which have the improved ability to chase after the target, avoiding obstacles before impact. However, the system cannot be perfected because of the need of a computer system needing to be installed inside the missile itself. Doing so will result in the need to significantly reduce missile fuel, rendering the thing useless, not being able to attack it's target. Note: Due to this precise missile, detonation is reduced due to the reduction of explosives. But, can launch more missiles. Missile can go over obstacles and maneuver around corners fluidly. Missile count increased to 8 Missile damage -20% Splash damage removed Aiming time + 100% Alteration 2: "Improved Explosive Missiles" Description: For the tanker who wants more Boom with his missiles. Missiles come equipped with C4, Dynamite, grenades and other explosives alongside the already explosive missile. However, the increased weight reduces the range of the missile launcher. Splash damage +200% Radius of splash damage +50% Range -50% Reload time +50% Please post your thoughts in the comments below. :D
