What is the total number of kills a team is requires to get?

I have made 200 kills but on the site it says I haven't? I have also got some extra kills

1st , Nicely explained. However 1 question: "To earn the resource you need to capture that type of region and hold it for 1 full turn." 1 full turn means strategy and destruction/breach phase or only one of each.
