Why are the servers so bad? You can barely play anything normal without being shot behind a wall or get shot through walls? What happened to the servers?

This update is nonsense, they want to make this game less pay to win but removing crystals from any Mode battles and making us buy containers so we can get the Augments/Alterations, this is one of the worst updates in this game with the HTML5 update, you want us to buy containers with money so we can finally get the Augments/Alterations we want, listen to your players, without us you ain't got no job, so listen to what we say because this is not working, you guys have been losing alot of players because of dumb updates... Use your common sense....

I did every step and played 7 battles and still didnt get anything :X So what do I have to do now?

I left The Dutch Flyers because some of them were harsh and rude and racists and the people from TDF know who I mean.
