In a way, yes. Is it easy to control long range with heavy hulls? Yes. How about short range with light hulls with drugs and going to cap flags? Not really.

Oh shoot u good with the Starter combo(smoky/hunter) Ya but at the same time, it's a combo for noobs. With the easy-to-control and slow Titan, they can move around with no trouble(hopefully). I know this kid who need two hands for the arrow keys(to control, he doesn't use mouse). It would be easy for him, since he can just stroll around and then just keep shooting with the space bar held.

Get it. It's pretty O.P. My friend has it, I tried it, it's so good. Just a few drugs, maybe. And make sure you use the right turret. Vulcan M2 would be fine, but I wouldn't do the Rico(unless it's M2). Dictator is recommended for gold box, that's what makes it a little bit popular. But it's weight, strength and health is pretty good. A bit slow, so snipers and long range(vulcan, shaft, thunder, railgun) are good with it. But don't underestimate the power of a short range combo w/dicator. Rico, Firebird, Twins, etc. are all good.
