Ok. wth. I made 200 kills in 24 hrs in non-pro battles in the strategy phase. My vote wasn't counted because tanki didn't update my kills fast enough and i can't get the bonus territory reward.

I think the answer is 41. You first subtract 1.6 from 9.6 which is 8.0. Then you divide 8.0 by 0.2 which is 40 because to level up to the next legend rank, you'll need 0.2 million xp. Since the legend rank requires 1.6 million xp, 1.6 is considered 1 legend rank. Since, 1.6 counts as 1 legend rank, you add 40 and 1 to get 41.
