I finally got 3d secure and registered while trying to get a kit with money, but even though I got my info right and pressed continue, I still got an error occured while trying to buy stuff. Is anyone able to buy stuff or is visa just not available at this time? or is it cause I just registered?

UPDATE: It's cause I didn't have 3D Secure enabled on our card and we cant do it today cause the bank isnt open on saturdays and sundays. Thank you all Tanki mods and support. We will definetly get this issue sorted out on monday or etc. We didn't know tanki needed 3D Secure nor did we know 3D Secure was a thing.

I even tried with PayPal and it still gave me an error even though I had the paypal credits to fund it. Is it possibly the issue people have been talking about on forums with buying stuff?

So in my first post I explained how I couldn't buy anything, I woke up today and checked my grandmothers email and apparently century bank (our bank we use for our debit card) has been rejecting the transactions. Here's the email. Hello. Your bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. You should contact your bank for more details regarding this rejection. Anyone might know why they are rejecting these transactions? Could it be from them being out of Mobile Alabama US? Could it be cause of the malfunctions? Could it be cause its the first time ever trying to buy something from this game? Who knows, just please help.. I think its just cause the transaction is out of the country.

No money has been taken or transactions have been made from me. I just wanna know if its something up with the servers since everything I try to buy says An error occurred while processing the payment. Please try again later. Even with all my correct information.

I already looked at that, I asked her to check her bank account and it didn't charge her at all, nor did it say any money was charged for it. It might be busy in the USA or something.

Today I was trying to buy some tanki premium time and a kit. I put in my grandmothers email address which is linked to this account and I put in all the debit card information.
