Well mate, if you haven't heard the thing, "Speed thrills, but kills"... People buy this "cars" or luxury cars on basis of their income, status, comfort and other stuff... But this doesn't mean that if you bought a McLaren, you should speed it on highways or normal roads. People buy this luxury cars for... sorry to say but show off, frankly speaking.
