I have a better Idea Why not each team has the term "Average GS' and MM system would place anyone to keep that average GS equal. In this way teams can balanced.

Since Tanki had a lot of players in the past so they needed individual servers to hold them (Like RU EN DU etc) now since they have very low amount of players so they combined them in one server.

Clan system needs to be much more organised. And in clan Wars each clan should have their base flags with their own design and each clan should have the independence of making their clan paints (a different one for each ranks) (Or not one for everyone) the paints should be thoroughly reviewed by respective admins and mods. The clan paint should cost like 10k once u enter the clan.
