    My point in this subject about map diversity was that it was always available to everyone. Whether it is taken advantage of or not is up to each individual. If there were only 5 maps that existed, the game would become stagnant and people would get bored and leave, so having a plethora of maps to choose from is a good thing. Having said that, it has been expressed that map diversity never happened and people were playing the same old maps. Why...because people LIKE those maps and prefer to play them. There is a reason why there were multiple maps of Rio/Noise (for example) and they were for the most part full. If there wasn't an option to create different or new maps and HAD to play Rio or Noise, I could understand the uproar, but there were options to create lesser played maps. The only reasoning I can see is that different/new maps were being created but they would get no players or very few to play on them, so that's why this is such an issue. Each individual having the option to create their own map diversity is a good thing. Forced map diversity is not, IMO. My $.02

    I disagree, there is a problem on the second point because the people that don't want to play on Noise and Rio (or common maps)...don't have to play on them. They could choose whatever battle they wanted and that was the great thing before battle creation came into effect. It's all about choice. If you went to Baskin-Robbins and love chocolate ice cream, you could have that, but that doesn't mean the person behind you must have chocolate if they don't want to. There is a reason there's 69 pages on this subject alone. There is no right or wrong answer here.

    Thanks, I did not know you could choose certain battle types. Map diversity might be a good thing (in some people's eyes), but that was already an option for all players before the battle creation change. Players weren't forced to play the same map because they could create whatever map they preferred. Personally, I like certain maps and if there were only the few that I liked to play, I would gladly come here to play them and I think others would feel the same about their favorite maps, but there was still the option to try different/new maps if you wanted to. Limiting the popular maps and forcing players to play maps that they do not want to play benefits who? Certainly not the players. My $.02

    I just wanted to voice my own opinion of the new battle creation system....it's a horrible mess. If I have a CTF mission, clicking "battle" 10 times will send me to a DM or TDM map 9 times (sometimes the same map over and over) and the tenth time will send me to some obscure CTF map. Another thing is that the most common/popular maps before the change are rarely on in the new system. The other day I waited for almost an hour for a Brest/Noise/Rio map and gave up because they never generated. I know I could buy a Pro Pass and create them, but that's not going to happen since I have few crystals and I would rather spend it on equipment. Just adding my $.02, because if you don't speak up, nothing will change.

    Tanki should be trying harder to get this option back, since this is the easiest way to pay if you don't have access to a Credit Card, which I'm assuming at least 50% of Tanki players are in this category. Hopefully, this can be rectified before the Christmas sales.
