Its when a player abuses the game to gain crystals EXP very quickly. Example: A player with Thunder continues to damage himself while an Isida heals him to get free EXP.

Exqeeze me! Have you ever had the joy of fighting a twins? Or rico? Or sometimes Magnum? IMO, vulcan is second weakest behind Striker. Its generally outclassed by twins for a high rate of fire turret. The DPS is too low after that ol' rebalance, and it even lost its one unique feature, the gyroscope. And its good auto-aim. #@re_old_vulcan!

You can buy those containers with modules for more OP drugs, and they are extremely difficult to get through normal gameplay. Unless you buy those smuggler or hacker containers, you get nothing but trash every time you open one.
