under review Battle balance for on-going battles (joining after battle starts)

So, you and MAF say that you still play despite the problems. I am able to do that for a few games. I play some games when it is easy enough to join and stay in battles. If you lose enough games, you will not achieve some of the goals. I cannot ignore the problems with this game that have not been fixed for too long. There is not enough enjoyment or compensation for enduring these battles. I play this game less and less because of the failure to address any of these issues. I have ignored getting logged out when trying to join battles because of the connection issues. The problem is not at my end. Should I just log in to enjoy navigating around the shop and other things. After getting logged out 2 times, I give up that day. It is still not worth it, even when I can join a game. More recent, I lost tankcoins in the shop due to annoying popup. I think the popup has been removed, but the situation is not resolved yet. So many complaints from users that did not get transactions refunded. I understand the reasons for not refunding. This popup is requesting you to confirm an additional purchase that you did not ask for. That is deceptive. It may be possible the game is designed this way, These are still issues to fix and I would rather play some other game that is listening to reasonable requests from players. Not all requests are unreasonable, especially if you receive too many reports of the same problem. -

This and all of the past suggestions should be considered and something needs to be implemented. Too many tanki games now are this way. As I posted another time, when the score at the end of the game is 12 or more to 0, this is indicative of a major problem. The mechanics should be there for all modes. Too many teams take advantage of this situation. With the lack of mechanics or improvements to reduce this problem, the game is not worth playing. I encounter these games almost every time I play. There is not enough enjoyment or compensation for enduring these battles. This situation is compounded by a lack of balance, OP weapons and lag. I play this game less and less because of the failure to address any of these issues. -
Tanki deserves to be taken off the developers' (Opex-Rah) hands. They drove it to the ground.

For some reason, the post I was trying to quote didn't post, but no matter. So many players using the latest augments. Impossible to battle against them, especially with the lag. 15 to zero again and of course we lost. Little game balance anymore. I may stop playing for awhile to see if anything improves. Playing the game is frustrating to say the least. Scores should not be 15 to 0 or 0 to 15. Both teams had full players. Clearly the problem is augments and balance issues and not lag. Sometimes you get a good connection. Other times not. Please fix things. -

I agree on both points, especially game balance. This continues to be an issue with the latest augments. You can easily play a game and lose 15 to 0, because of the OP augments. It seems like even now, the latest change with the burning tanks is like a trend to make the tanks more susceptible to damage. Why have a mammoth when there is little advantage over a titan. The floating tanks are better equipped than some of the original ones. I have complained about balance multiple times. Though not necessarily related, the burning tanks reminds me of Microsoft's tank game. I prefer this game, but may switch over to another game. The gift purchasing should have been available long ago and it is surprising that is still not implemented yet. When I first started playing, I received and gave a gift with in-game currency. -
In addition, it is clear by the scores 15-0, 12-0 that the problem continues. Local internet connection is not the issue. On some of the games, where there are connection issues, some of the players on the opposite team are moving around like 2x speed. The higher speed is not because they have a small, faster tank, but because of lag. Even Juggernaut can't move fast enough to avoid easy destruction by opposing team.

Why does this connection issue continue to occur? First time I sign in and try to join a game, I am logged out with the Lost server connection and log back in again to join the game. The last 2 days, sometimes I cannot join a game at all. It takes forever to get to 96%-100% and then I never get to join a game. All I get is kicked back with the notification that I was removed from the game due to inactivity. I never was even placed in the game.

This says everything. I played today and no visible tanks, except my tank. This happened to me twice so far. I don't remember when this last occurred, but this is real. Having a good connection does not matter. The gameplay is slow for us and does not work properly.

The recent changes to this turret are too many and the changes have been taken too far. It should not shoot this way. I am sure these changes were made for phone users. There is far less control over the turret. The only part that needed changing was the reload speed. None of these other changes were necessary for the performance of the turret. Very dissapointing.

This is an example of bad balance. You should try to balance the teams before the game starts. Also, there were less players by two at the beginning, then four less players and then eventually it filled up again. This should be done as well as balancing tanks and turrets and other parts of the game.

I played another two games and the same thing happened. The first game was 8/0 and second one was 10/2. The number of players has to be equal and comparable in strength, experience, etc. The number of players especially has to be there in the beginning and maintained. The team with the least players was filled after the score is 6/0 is too late. The games are not fun without a full team and many times results in a loss. Players join and see the score and leave, discouraging the players that stay.

This game initially started with one player and that went to 4 players down. By that time we were losing 8/0 and we were fortunate to get two Jugg. kills before the game ended. If the teams aren't balanced in the beginning, make them, even if you have to move players in or swap them. I know you try to move players in, but maybe it is time to move players from the other team. It seems like players are setting up the other team for failure with multiple accounts.

This is a good example of problems with balance and the need to make it not so easy to defeat the juggernaut. The other team was down one player at the beginning, then as the game went along we started losing players. As expected, we lost at the end. This snapshot was taken not long from the end. The teams, tanks, and gameplay should be balanced more, so that players don't leave the game. In some cases, it isn't very long with not much difference in the score and players are leaving the game. I know balancing is difficult, but it needs to be done. I recently saw a player dominate a game, managing to get a kill to death ratio of 68/0. I didn't get a snapshot of that, however. Please balance the game and make it more difficult for mults. The second image is another game. Two players left and were eventually replaced. The score was 2/0, then 2/2, then players left. We could not recover.

I agree developers have more data. The forum, however is a good place to post what we are seeing from a player's perspective. There are various stages of testing and the real test follows when the new feature is live and players are using them. Sure it is difficult to define balance, but it should always be a goal to maintain a certain level of balance for the enjoyment for players. Otherwise, some players will leave games or lose interest in the game. Players with overpowered tanks will dominate for a while, but can also get bored, if it is too easy for them.
