I bought the damage boosting alteration for smoky with reduced ROF. So far, if ur in a huge map and playing passive defensive, its the best. Nothing makes ur enemy go WTF?! when u have DD up and u crit them for 1.4k damage at m3 xD So from short to mid range slugger when u have it equipped ur pretty much a gambling rail sniper. Gambling by what i mean lucky crippling critical hits :)

Hammer is only good with drugs. No drugs? Its gunna be 'meh' With smoky: Drug or no drug, if ur skilled ur all good ;)

When i wanna be a slugger i play with my stock smoky, when i wanna player sniper peekaboo i use the m2 alteration <3

I've bought the alteration and heres what i've experienced with the increased damage and reload: 1. Excellent for defensive playstyle and mid range to sniping (crit damage from far away is sooo satisfying enought to make any1 go ''wtf?!" with DD) 2. Makes Drugging with DD feel less expensive. I Saw my DD supply get used a lot slower compared to when im using standard smoky. 3. Not good against a player with knockback smoky alt. 4. Great for eliminating light hulls! 5. Peek-a-boo tactics approved! 6. Now i can play a bit more effectively in bigger maps, small maps i always use standard. Mid to big maps, i use alt Just my opinion

yeah hammer will get nerfed soon its sooo good. meh i cant rent it i dont have a credit card. i live in the slums

also, this alteration, if its not good with attacking, is most excellent with defending? if it is, i would get it. im a defensive player

The crystals is fine since i can save again. Thank you for the insight! But do you think the tradeoff is well worth it? or will it change my gameplay significantly? Which will kill faster: The m2 alteration or completely the vanilla version?

Um, im waiting for the Alteration sale on the 30th and decided to stop my Smoky m2 25/50 MU for the new Alteration with more damage increased reload. Is it worth it? Should i get it :D ?
