hey , i have 2 questions ... why is it 9:00 coz that isn't fare to some people , i have got school , some got work , some can play ... that not fare , that way we who got stuff will lose , second question , the dream tank , do you have to be the XT rank to get the m3 upgrade ? or a sergent can get m3 ? pls i need to know . and please do something with the time , everyone should have a chance to win .
