Blocked from entering, I can't play this game anymore.

Around 2 years ago I played Tanki on my main account called "Kukurce". Few days ago, I started to play Tanki again and decided to play on my account Kukurce again, so I tried to login, but there is one problem - my account gets banned. Last time I played there everything was okay, but after 2 years I'm banned and really don't know why. I've never used cheats there. Well, I know everything about that account, I got it linked to my e-mail, know it's password and I can prove that I'm a real owner of that account. I wanna get an unban, I'm pretty sure it was a mistake or something like that. Thanks.
