i try little bit is better but i dont have automatic graphic quality my resolution is very very low fps 24 28 max.. if someone had a same problem i will thanksfuyl if you can explain step by step what I must do

hello pls help me few days ago i bought realy good lap hp pavilion i7 octa core 8 gb..bla bla with radeon graphic card i dont know exactly wich but good but i cant play tanki.. same problem with a lot of players automathic graphics quality is missing..there is a option only in old internet explorer..in other browsers resolutions is teribble fps 35 37 max and no option for graphic I have read problems and solutions in google chrome this pappi thing is disabled and still nothing,, i try standalone flash same again..i try using client same again.. what to do more? i have read that some guy with I3 procesor and 4 gb ram play normal with full graphic and I with double powerful lap cant do that where is problem? thanks a lot in forward!!!
