My ping is stable today, and I haven't heard anything about high ping problem from anyone else I played with today. I guess you can contact your internet provider and ask them if there's an issue.

It seems like a bug, all you can do is to report it in HTML5 Bug Reports and we will notify the developers about it. At least it's not a serious bug that prevents you from playing.

In addition to what Levi said, photos are not enough to report someone. You must record a video that is at least 5 minutes long which shows the violation. Everything related to that can be found in the Game violations section rules. Also, keep in mind that 15% of the players in the battle must vote a player in order for a moderator to come. -

I don't think it's necessary, this ability was removed for a reason. If we write about it in the Wiki then people might abuse this again.
