If you refer to pro battles, gold boxes may have been disabled in the battles you were playing in (it's possible that you were playing in parkour battles which have a bug with gold boxes)

When the forum engine got updated, there was a bug which duplicated many forum accounts. That's probably what happened to your account. In order to fix that, kindly send a PM to @Maf

I assume you were alone in the map, otherwise it wouldn't happen.
There is a bug that prevents players with taking drops, that's probably what happened to you.

The task of this event is to destroy the Juggernaut, so if you manage to do so you win. But keep in mind you are only allowed to shot the Juggernaut once the event starts, if you attempt to shoot the Juggernaut before the spectator's command, you will be kicked from the event. As for your second questions, augments are turned OFF in the settings so you will not be able to use the Mortar augment.

That's correct. A few years ago, there was an update which "released" nicknames of inactive accounts. This is due to the fact that many players just created accounts with cool nicknames and never played with those accounts again. So if your account was inactive for a certain period of time, your nickname was changed.
