That's correct. A few years ago, there was an update which "released" nicknames of inactive accounts. This is due to the fact that many players just created accounts with cool nicknames and never played with those accounts again. So if your account was inactive for a certain period of time, your nickname was changed.

The achievements section is bugged ever since the MK update (or even before). It's very likely that we will see Achievements removed from the game soon.

You need to enter via HTML5 and visit the special missions tab, once you do that you can complete the missions in steam.

There are a few ways to tell whether a player shared his account with somebody else or just logged into his account from another place. So as long as you do not share your password, you have nothing to worry about.

«Incendiary band» augment now only ignites opponents if a Vulcan is under the "Burning" status effect.

Most likely an old player who got an M2 kit back in the day which turned into MK7 after the modification update.

The minimum requirements for each position are mentioned in each application form. In the case of Event Helpers, here are the minimum requirements;
Have been active for the last 3 months. Have good sound knowledge of English spoken and written. Have a good microphone: decent sound quality, no background noises or echo. Discord running on your computer. Have a good behavior in Chat and Battles, no bans for the last 6 months. Your rank is high enough in order to be accepted to every position possible (However, you need to meet the rest of the requirements in order to be accepted, being at the right rank is not enough) . If the minimum rank is Major, you need to be Major or higher.
As an Event Helper, your task is to help hosting the official events as a player inside the battle. You do not create your own events but help with the existing ones (i.e Tanki Race, Runners, etc..)
