As you already know, the physics in Flash and HTML5 work differently. If the developers will apply the physics changes to HTML5, it will also effect the Flash version and make the game unplayable for those who play via the steam version. Hence, the developers are waiting until Flash will be gone completely.

By the way - In the "Make a Wish" event, you were supposed to wish Tanki a happy birthday and not wish for something for yourself.. 

I personally have never seen this paint before, but honestly I just lost count of all the new paints in the game. It could also be the template for paints in the mobile version (since you said the afterburner paint appeared a second later)

I'm pretty sure that you get the reward from that container but you cannot see what you got. If you want to find out which reward you received from that container, contacting the Tech Support is the way to go! 

There is no rank limit to the module slots. By the way, the last module slot costs 5,000 tankoins and not 500.

All battles are 7 minutes long because you play in Matchmaking. To begin with this is what Matchmaking is - 
A matchmaking system in a multiplayer game is the process of getting players together for online play sessions. In other words, it automatically creates games and puts players into them when they choose to play the game. In Tanki Online, matchmaking refers to the process of distributing players into battles based on their rank and other factors, resulting in a fair match where players or teams have equal strength. The goal of the system is to allow players to quickly join battles and have fair and balanced games. ~ Taken from the wiki.
As for the battle list, it wasn't removed. In order to access the battle list;
First, click on the following button - this button allows you pick a specific format;
Upon clicking the button, you will see a list of modes. If you want to access the battle list, click on the very last button which says "Battle list".
Now you can see the battle list and play in custom battles. (Please note that MM battles are not listed in the battle list)

The Battle Moderators team is doing its best to catch all the players who break the rules. However, this is not an easy task. To begin with, there aren't enough Battle Moderators because Battle Moderators are given in-game powers which allow you to block accounts and therefore it is very hard to find trustworthy players. Next, there are many reports to deal with, even if the team was bigger it would be still hard to deal with all the reports (Don't forget that there are false reports). 
Now, what can you do to help? If you see a player who breaks the rules, you can record a video and report him on the Game Violations section.

So basically you didn't collect the gift of day 4 and now you cannot collect the gift of day 5?

Tanki Online has ended the service for those countries because those countries have laws against gambling.
To quote BloodPressure - "It has mostly to do with events regarding the game FIFA, which also offers loot-items in the form of Play-cards. As the game is playable at all ages, the advertisement of loot-items may persuade children and young people to buy these. However, young players are not familiar with the concept gambling and can pay for these items till they hit rock-bottom. With FIFA, this was especially the case. Therefore, the Dutch government prohibited such loot-items in games."

Yes, it is a third-party software which is forbidden to use as per points 2.1.1 & 2.1.2

Suspicious or unusual activity of the User (e.g. automatisation of gameplay, botting (use of software that imitates the actions of Users in the Game), macros that control mouse and keyboard, use of other third-party software for obtaining advantages in the Game, entering the same account from different locations on the same day, etc.);

The "no damage" bug usually happens due to bad internet, but it can also happen due to unknown issues which the developers need to fix. If you face this bug again, try refreshing your game.

Efficiency is a statistic meant to show how effective a player is in battles. Please note that the formula used to calculate efficiency/effectiveness has not been disclosed by Developers.

As for your question, at the moment the developers focus on 2 types of skins - Ultra and HD. We don't know when or if the legacy skin of Hunter will be released but it won't happen anytime soon.
