As for your question, at the moment the developers focus on 2 types of skins - Ultra and HD. We don't know when or if the legacy skin of Hunter will be released but it won't happen anytime soon.

The content of ultra containers changes from times to times, it seems like coinboxes were removed from ultra containers this time, but I'm sure they will be added back later on.

Changing positions for players inside your clan can be done by clicking on their nicknames (while you're viewing the members list) and then picking the desired position, as shown below;

As mentioned above, when there aren't a lot of players online, you will get into smaller maps like Sandbox.

We don't know how many players would be able to join, but it's very likely that more than 20 since those maps are big.

In this event, the participants will have to pick a bridge out of the 3 which you can find in the map "Highways". At the end of all of the bridges, there are mines. After the "GO" command (which will be given by the Event organizers), all participants will start driving to the finish zone. In 1 out of the 3 bridges, the mines will disappear and the players who chose that specific bridge will be awarded with prizes. The equipment for this event must be Ricochet with either Hornet or Wasp. It is best to follow the instructions in the Event's topic as they are the most updated.
In order to enter any event, the first thing you must do is to check the Events Calendar which contains the dates for the events in the upcoming week. After checking when events take place, you will need to wait for a link in the Events chat during that time, as shown below:
 

There isn't a difference really. In the sentence you refer to, it says that "If you manage to destroy an Event Helper, you will be awarded with the prize of destroying an Event Helper, If you kill an Event Helper only, you are not required to leave. However, you are not allowed to participate in future rounds."
