It is technically possible to get your money back but it's considered fraud and your account will be blocked for that.

The Q&A section is meant for section with a clear answer (i.e "when was X event held").
Questions like "Hey, does anyone know why Gauss wasn't nerfed in the recent balance update?" cannot be answered by players (players can only assume but the only ones who can truly answer this question are the developers. Sometimes I move questions to Game Discussion so players can share their thoughts because those questions don't have a clear answers.

The eSports website is laggy when many players are trying to submit results to matches which are held at the same time. The forum is slow from 7 UTC to 9 UTC.

As for your problem, @LEROYLEMMING - To me it sounds like a problem with your internet or your PC, make sure your internet is fast and stable enough and also check if your PC meets the system requirements (system requirements can be found here).
You can try the following solutions if you haven't already;
Clear your browser's / client's cache Restart your PC Use another browser Re-download the client Delete useless files from your PC. If nothing works, I advise you to consult with the Tech Support. 

The reason the Tech Support are asking for many details and information about the account is to make sure you are indeed the real owner and not a guy who hacked both the account and the email. That's also the reason there's no option to close your account in the settings. The Tech Support will do as you ask if you provide all the required information.

MK7 kits are available in the shop (for crystals) from the rank of Lieutenant General. The reason you don't see them very often is because they are actually pretty rare. For the full list of product kits, please check out this wiki page.

We didn't receive an official answer from the developers, but I assume it's because the exclusive skins were replaced with the new augments for smoky (and from tomorrow on for railgun too)

The developers have started updating all the skins to HD skins (like Smoky and Hornet), and in order to do so, they need to choose 1 modification skin remove the rest. The reason behind it is that it would be way too hard to update all modification skins.

There is a bug with the new "Helper of the year 2020" paint - You can't view profiles of helpers with the paint.

As for your question in the title; yes, sales for augments do exist. But as mentioned above, we don't know exactly when, this information is known to the developers only.

We don't have information about skins in ultra containers, but it seems like they have been replaced with the newest augments for smoky.
As to how can one obtain the Gauss XT skin? Unless there is a special contest where you can win a skin of your choice, I don't see a way where it can be obtained.

The effect is being activated automatically for 20 seconds as soon as you use a double armor supply.
Booster is the same, the effect is being activated as soon as you use a double power supply but the effect of booster lasts for a shorter period of time (3 seconds)

It doesn't because Terminator is a turret on its own.
