Helpers' nicknames are highlighted in different colors because they need to stand out from the rest and also be recognized by the community. Players who do not have a position do not get a special color. The only way one can obtain a special color is by becoming a helper. Juggernaut was given a permanent immunity to all status effects in the recent updated. Shock Freeze is the same as it used to be.

This is a new status effect called "armor-piercing". There is some info regarding this new status effect in this topic, but hopefully we will receive a more detailed explanation soon.

This is a bug with all profiles, the developers are aware of it and will fix it at a later date.

You can't get something you already own from a container, so it's a no.

Maybe the developers are trying to test something, who knows. It's just test server anyways.
