I assume the special list is different because some paints with the rarity of "special" cannot be purchased from the garage or cannot come out of containers (such as eSports paints and Helpers paints) so the only special paints that will be shown in the last are the ones you have already earned.

This list doesn't exist anymore. However, to view all of the registered forum members head over to the advanced search, then open the members tab (don't change any of its configurations, but just leave the default settings as they are (Join Date: Anytime; Forum groups: All)) and click on search.

The developers will add the "special" section to the HTML5 sooner or later, which includes gifts and rename passes. I suppose the gifts you have now will be reserved, since they can still be viewed in your profile, but it is not guaranteed.

Promo codes can be issued from members of the administration or partners of the game as a part of official events, contests, and giveaways. For example, they may be hidden in V-LOGs, in the Newspaper Issues and official live streams, but they won’t always be there.

I assume you refer to Spirit of LATAM & Spirit of Brazil, paints which were given to all those the migrated from the Spanish and Brazilian servers.

Removing the new hulls is very unlikely, many players seem to enjoy them. You can leave your feedback about Hopper in the official thread.
